I'm Meron Bekele, founder of FaithCore Advisory. I bring more than five years of U.S. property accounting experience, progressing from Staff Accountant to Senior Accountant while working with multifamily and single-family rental portfolios.
That experience taught me to look beyond reconciled accounts and understand the financial story behind rental income, security deposits, financing, repairs, improvements, and ownership transactions. I bring that perspective to helping independent investors maintain accurate records and understand their property's financial performance.
Before my U.S. accounting career, I spent over a decade in banking and financial leadership in Ethiopia, including serving as Senior Manager in Risk Management. My experience in risk management and internal controls strengthened my ability to recognize financial risks, identify weaknesses in financial processes, and appreciate the importance of reliable reporting. It also helps me understand the documentation and financial information tax professionals and auditors need.
At FaithCore, I combine professional accounting discipline with personal attention. You deserve more than transactions entered into software. You deserve accurate, well-organized financial records, meaningful reports you can understand, and supporting documentation you can confidently share with your tax professional, lender, or auditor when needed—along with someone who takes the time to explain the numbers behind your business.

I'm Meron Bekele, founder of FaithCore Advisory. I bring over five years of U.S. property accounting experience, progressing to Senior Accountant, and more than a decade in banking and risk management leadership.
Through FaithCore, I bring that experience to real estate investors, short-term rental owners, contractors and property-service businesses, and real estate agents.
I understand that rental income, platform payouts, job costs, and commission statements each tell a different financial story. My goal is to help business owners maintain accurate records, understand their financial reports, and make informed decisions.
